Terms & Conditions
The pieces we sell are either antique or used and some will carry marks and wear commensurate with age. We aim to give an accurate photographic description and are happy to send extra photos if required. We can also send you a detailed condition report of any item if you require it.
Please ensure that the measurements of the piece are compatible with both the access and the space in which you plan to site it. All of the details in the descriptions are given in good faith, re materials, dimensions, dates, country of origin, however we cannot be held responsible for any mis-attributions or inaccuracies.
If the item is not as described we will happily refund the purchase price but the buyer will be liable for return delivery cost.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.We are more than happy to offer refunds, if the item was not as described by Tigers Decorative or if you received a damaged item - 'This will give you confidence to buy from us.
Our policy lasts 7 days from receiving the items. If 7 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days.You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your items, using the approved carrier for Tigers Decorative. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the out going delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
