A cast iron 19th Century Handyside fountain, with some of the original paint remaining. it has a flower shaped bowl with a central "stamen" water spout. The bowl is supported on a ringed column, on a flanged and fluted base, supported on a molded and tapering square pedestle.
In good, original condition over all, with some minor damage to the base of the urn. Possibly made by the Handyside Foundry, Derby, Circa 1870.
