A late 18th Century, ebonised Secretaire glazed cabinet/bookcase. The base comprises of three long drawers and a secretary drawer, which houses eight small drawers, four pigeon holes and a small central cupboard. This all sits on nicely shaped bracket feet. The top comprises of two, thirteen paned glazed doors and three adjustable shelves. Above is a nicely carved arched pendant cornice, sumounted by a broken swan neck pedament and gilded eagle. Circa 1800.
