An interesting 19th Century, Blashfield Stamford urn, which comprises of three sections. Each of the three sections are stamped with the Blashfield Stamford mark. The urn has four classicaly moulded, individual heads with drapery decoration.
Generally it is in good condition, with a a few hairline firing cracks, light damage to the noses and a chip on the base, these could be restored if you wish. It is thought that it came from one of the properties owned by Knole house in Sevenoaks, Kent, many years ago.
