Window Seat

An early 19th century painted window seat retaining it's original paint. The concave front frieze retains all of the original brass mounts with Anthemion motifs, as do the concave sides. It has pierced, out swept arms and the reeded legs terminate with the original reeded brass feet. It has been re-sprung it and it has been re-covered in antique linen.
